TELL STORIES. MAKE CONNECTIONS. RAISE MONEY.

Our model has three aims:

  • To amplify the voices of historically marginalised communities.

  • To facilitate cross-movement alliances.

  • To accelerate progressive social and political change.

Our principles are partnership, equity, and transparency.

We are filmmakers, event producers, and outreach experts.

THIS IS OUR MODEL.

  • We work with you to tell your story and create powerful calls to action.

We work in various media, but our focus is documentary film.

All Hands On raises money to cover film production costs.

  • We co-produce events with carefully chosen partner organisations.

These are your events. Your story. Your people. Your chance to build alliances.

Share your film. Lead the discussion. Find new allies.

  • We work with you to identify partners who share your values and who will connect you with relevant audiences.

We do the outreach work to bring partners onboard.

Our partners promote the events to their mailing lists or communities.

  • People from the films (people from your movement) are paid to take part in the events.

They tell your story and share ideas with the audience.

  • We invite event attendees to donate to support your work and ours.

We evenly share the money raised at each event between you, the partner organisation, and All Hands On.

  • All Hands On is a not-for-profit organisation. We use our share of the money raised to cover operating costs, production costs, and to help support the growth and development of intersectional justice movements.

The model is tried and tested. Our team member, Clément Guerra, created a similar model to raise over $100,000 with the impacted communities in his film, The Condor and the Eagle.

The film shows the intersectional nature of modern injustice. Environmental devastation usually goes hand in hand with inequality and systemic racism. This is a film about the suffering caused by fossil fuel projects in North and South America. But it’s also a film about strength and solidarity among grassroots activists - many of them Indigenous women. These activists were the lead characters in the events Clément created around the film.
